FAQS

CAN I BOOK AN INTAKE SESSION?

If I have availability, an intake is the first step to seeing if we are a good fit. Drop me an email, and we will set up an initial appointment to discuss what you are looking for in therapy, and how I might be useful. In the initial session, we will work together to outline goals for the work, and potential length and cost of treatment. By the end of that first session, I can give you an idea of what types of interventions I think will be useful and you can let me know if it feels like a good fit.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

I do not accept insurance, and work 100% remotely. This enables me to keep sessions affordable. For you, this means no middle man dictating health decisions, and increased privacy.
Sessions are $150 for 55 minutes, and
$80 per 30 minute session. I charge $80 for the first no-show, and reserve the right to terminate treatment if no-shows become habitual.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

I do not accept insurance, but keep my fees below market by working 100% remotely and billing directly. Payment is due at time of service. I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. I also accept Zelle and Paypal.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?

I am licensed in Georgia and New Hampshire, USA, but am currently traveling in South America. I am studying Spanish and seeing many beautiful and interesting places. As such, I am best suited to clients who are stable and are comfortable having a therapist in another location.
I work extensively in the LGBTQ community, and in the international community.
I am trained in cognitive and emotive therapies: CBT, REBT, EMDR, trauma work, hypnotherapy, and more somatic therapies like mindfulness and somatic awareness. My background is in the fine and professional arts, so I  integrate art, music, drama and writing if that is appealing to you.
